Who we are
After years of experience in traditional emergency rooms and hospitals, our founding physicians recognized the need for high-quality emergency medical care in the Kyle community. Thus, Kyle ER & Hospital was born with a singular purpose: to deliver prompt, compassionate, concierge level emergency care.
Equipped with state-of-the-art imaging and diagnostic technology, including CT scans, ultrasound, and X-ray capabilities, our facility ensures swift and accurate diagnoses. Our full clinical laboratory further enhances our ability to provide comprehensive care.
The emergency care you need, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With an average wait time of five minutes or less, you will be seen not seated, and on your way to feeling better fast.

Education: Bachelors from Case Western Reserve University — Doctor of Medicine Degree from Case Western Reserve University — Residency in Emergency Medicine at Carolinas Medical Center
Dr. Amanda Dupont graduated Magna Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University in 1992. In 1998, she graduated as a member of The Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors society from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Carolina’s Medical Center in Charlotte, NC in July 2001. Dr. Dupont is a Board Certified physician with the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Dupont has two children and resides in Northwest Austin. Her personal interests are in yoga, outdoor activities, health maintenance and nutrition.

Education: Doctor of Medicine Degree from Damascus Medical School — Masters in Public Health at Boston University
In 1999, after getting his board certification in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine in America, Dr. Dadoush returned to his home country, Syria. There, he worked on advancing Emergency Medicine in the country. He started a series of freestanding emergency centers, established the first university-based graduate program in Emergency Medicine, and worked as a consultant for the Minister of Health for Disaster and Emergency Medicine. After moving to Texas in 2011, due to unrest in Syria, Dr. Dadoush continued to work in multiple freestanding emergency centers in Austin, serving his community through exceptional patient care.

Education: Masters of Nursing from Texas Woman’s University — Doctor of Medicine Degree from Texas Tech University
Dr. Donna Campbell is a board certified emergency room physician, retired ophthalmologist, and proud parent of four daughters. She lives in New Braunfels and represents Senate District 25, a six county district which includes parts of San Antonio and Austin. She serves as the Chairwoman of the Veteran Affairs and Military Installations Committee and sits on the Education, Health and Human Services, Administration, and Intergovernmental Relations Committees.
Senator Campbell completed her Masters of Nursing from Texas Woman’s University as a Cardiovascular Clinical Nurse Specialist. She received her M.D. from Texas Tech University, where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the honor society for medical schools. She currently works in free-standing emergency rooms across the state, including San Antonio and Austin.
Senator Campbell has been recognized as a Top Courageous Conservative by the Texas Conservative Coalition, a Champion of Free Enterprise by the Texas Association of Business, and a Faith and Family Champion by Texas Values. She has received honors for her legislative accomplishments from the NRA, Texas Alliance for Life, and the Texas Veterans Commission. Senator Campbell has served as the Emergency Department Medical Director for several hospitals. A Texas woman of faith, she has volunteered with Christian Eye Ministries and performed hundreds of eye surgeries in the West African nation of Ghana.
In 2012, she become just the fifteenth woman to ever serve in the Texas Senate. Senator Campbell was born on a naval base and grew up with a great respect for the military and law enforcement. Her public service reflects these values.

We treat patients at any age, from infants to elderly adults. Our commitment to making even the youngest of our patients comfortable is reflected in our specially designed pediatric exam room.
Treatment costs vary based on individual conditions. As part of our service, all patients undergo a complimentary basic medical screening. For more information on insurance coverage, please refer to our insurance page.
We provide a range of inpatient hospital services. However, if further care at a larger hospital is required, we will facilitate a transfer to your preferred hospital or one recommended by your primary care physician or specialist. Our staff can initiate the transfer, allowing you to be directly admitted to an inpatient room, bypassing the hospital's emergency department.
Yes, we have a CLIA and COLA certified diagnostic lab. The tests are processed at our hospital, so that you can get fast results.
Yes! Our Radiology Department includes an X-ray machine, CT scanner, and bedside Ultrasound equipment. Following examinations, patients receive written radiology reports along with CDs for follow up with their personal physicians.
Yes, emergency medical needs come first! We always offer a basic medical screening at no charge. If you are assessed as "non-emergent" and do not possess health insurance, you can choose cash-pay to cover your visit.
You will be responsible for paying your emergency room copay during your visit. After your insurance processes the claim, any remaining responsibility will be invoiced. Be aware that an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance does not represent a bill from Kyle ER & Hospital.
State law requires all emergent services to be reimbursed by your insurance carrier. If your insurance company refuses payment for your emergency room visit, please contact our billing department.You can also file a grievance with the Texas Department of Insurance.
